gutoli bags - All models in the manufactory are handmade by me. Because of my origin in the craft, it is a great pleasure for me to constantly develop myself and to learn and try out new craft skills.

I work with fine leathers and local skins. All fox skins are from the Black Forest and come from sustainable hunting. In order to ensure this, I have a cooperation with the state hunting association Baden-Württemberg.

At the beginning is the idea of what the bag should look like and what shape it gets. Then I make a small sketch and determine which size the model will have approximately. In the next step, I am working out a model of paper to better assess the proportions. If the model is so mature that I am satisfied with it, I can get to the cutting development.

It is now exciting when making the prototype. Leather behaves differently like paper, so a prototype is very important. The whole procedure is very time-consuming and exciting. After the revision of the prototype, it can start. I can live out in different combinations, in color and material.

Making beautiful bags with my hands fills me with joy. The women who are passionate about a bag from my manufactory and carry it with pride also make me proud of my work.
